Savory Quick Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Bowls

These Quick Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Bowls feature tender chicken glazed in a savory-sweet sauce, served over rice for a delightful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, bell pepper, carrots
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds optional
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with teriyaki sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. While the air fryer heats, chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Add the veggies to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
