This Reuben Crescent Bake showcases a delightful blend of savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Swiss cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough, making it an irresistible dish for gatherings and cozy family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 8 oz each crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound corned beef sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough in a greased baking dish, sealing seams.
  3. Layer the corned beef evenly over the dough.
  4. Spread the sauerkraut over the corned beef, then drizzle with the Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of the dressing mixture.
  6. Cover with remaining crescent dough, sealing edges.
  7. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top, if using, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
