Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the skillet, cooking until browned and no longer pink inside.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the pan, sautéing until they are bright green and tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
