Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the filling across the center.
Sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top of the filling, then roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling, placing the roll-ups seam-side down.
