Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the butternut squash by peeling and cubing it.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed squash, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned squash to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the butternut squash for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve the air-fried butternut squash bites warm.
