Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, then drizzle the olive oil over them. Toss until well-coated.
Carefully place the coated cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
In a separate bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce, tossing gently to coat.
Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
