Method
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until soft.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add bell pepper, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle in chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
